Step inside to an open, light-filled main floor where ocean views take center stage. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together seamlessly, creating the perfect gathering place for meals, conversation, and relaxation with the sound of the surf just beyond the windows. There's a dining table and 8 chairs and 4 stools at the kitchen counter for dining.
Large sliding glass doors open to a covered oceanfront porch furnished with comfortable seating and a small table — an ideal spot for morning coffee, or sunset cocktails while enjoying the sea breeze.
Also on this level is Bedroom 1, conveniently located beside a full bathroom, along with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for family meals and group gatherings. It features modern stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. You’ll also find plenty of cookware, serving platters, dishes, glassware, and kitchen essentials like oil, salt, and pepper.
Starter supplies such as coffee, filters, dish soap, and paper products are provided to make your arrival stress-free. There’s plenty of space for everyone to dine together around the large table or enjoy a casual meal outdoors on the porch with the ocean as your backdrop.

With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Etude comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Bedroom 1 is located on the main level beside a full bathroom — perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds— the perfect setup for kids or teens, with access to a shared full bath.

Bedroom 3: Two double beds, sharing the same full bath with Bedroom 2 — ideal for friends or extended family.

Bedroom 4 (Primary Suite): A peaceful retreat featuring a California King bed, private en suite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to a private oceanfront balcony. Relax in cushioned chairs with footrests and take in stunning sunrise or sunset views — it’s the ultimate way to unwind after a day at the beach.

💦 HEATED POOL + PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home except for a few locked owner storage areas. Enjoy the shared heated pool, private beach walkway, picnic area, and grill space — all just steps from your front door.
The pool is heated during April, May, September, October, and Thanksgiving week, making it comfortable for swimming even during cooler months. The gated pool is shared by only ten homes, providing a peaceful and exclusive environment for your stay.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES + OUTDOOR LIVING
Every detail has been considered to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Families will appreciate the travel crib, high chair, and infant bath (please bring your own crib sheets). A full size crib is also available upon request.
For fun in the sun, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach towels are provided. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella are also set up daily by beach services.
Beneath the home, you’ll find a gas grill, picnic table for six, and a shaded hammock — perfect for an afternoon nap or an evening BBQ after a day on the sand.

🎬 TV, MOVIES, MUSIC, GAMES & WIFI
Stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, and HBO Max.

📋 BOOKING POLICY / HOUSE RULES
Just like hotels, we require a valid credit card for a security & damage-deposit hold one day before your stay. A signed rental agreement must also be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.

The posted nightly rate is based on up to 12 guests. Please include all guests in your booking request for accurate pricing and occupancy records.

Maximum occupancy = 12 people. Maximum parking = 4 vehicles (additional public parking nearby on Calhoun St).

No parties, events, or smoking are permitted on the property. Guests must follow all HOA and pool rules posted on-site.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
